Mine starts fine when cold but has to be choked or it wont start. When it is warm i cannot give it gas or it is harder to start. Had to figure this out with a little time.

Mine just started doing this the other day. i use to not even have to choke it. i was putting my neon lights in it the other night and saw gas dripping from the steering stem.

The gas dripping from the steering stem may just be the tank vent overflow. Outlaws have self-venting tanks with a small hose that comes down the steering stem.

Did you purchase the atv new or used? It may have an aftermarket exhaust or jet kit that makes it a little more difficult to start. You can also check the carb

Same story here too. When it's hot don't touch the gas or it will not start. Normally has not been an issue. Just took some getting use too.

Gas does make a difference. Service manual states at least 92 octane. With a 11:1 compression ratio it's expected.
