polairs outlaw broken plastic

My kid was riding today and the back end just fell off his Outlaw! Only thing holding the axle on the the front end is the shock absorber, the chain is around the axle but off the motor and the brake cable is still attached. The frame welds broke in two places - on the right side toward the middle of the bike and on the left side back by the center hub. What should I do next? Can the frame be re-welded and reinforced? Anybody been thru something similar and how much did it cost? Any other ideas?

Correction to above post - after looking at a parts diagram it appears to be the swingarm (silver) that has broken. Is it repairable or should I replace it? Tough job or fairly straight-forward?
