How to make Outlaw 50 faster?
My daughter has a 2008 Outlaw 50, and she wants it to go faster. I turned the throttle screw all the way out, and she says its still slow. I have noticed there are really no performance parts available for the Outlaw 50.
Is there anything else I can do?
I would love to bump her up to a Outlaw 90, but thats not in the budget right now!
Any Help would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks

there is also a rev limiter you can remove, this feature is also on the 90.its located on the cdi box under the front fender, the owners manual shows you where and how to do this.you just push the cdi box out of the rubber mount, you do not have to unplug the cdi.their are two screws holding a jumper plate to the cdi box, loosen the screws and remove the jumper plate.retighten the screws and reinstall the cdi in the rubber mount.you might want to readjust the throttle limiter for top speed.

check dirtwheelsmag.com,they had a mini atv hop-up guide article in there april 2011 edition.I think most hop-ups were for the 90 but they listed several websites in the contacts section of the article for dealers.

Hi, I looked on the CDI box and there is no jumper screws on it. I refered to the owners manual and that tells me absolutely nothing!... Any other suggestions?
Thank You

Check out Speedwerxstore.com
I found some great stuff for my outlaw 90. I bought a Hot Seat Performance clutch kit and intake kit from them. I believe they offer some aftermarket pipes as well. Really made this little machine come alive.
