2012 outlaw 90 chain rubbing problem
I have a wierd problem on my sons 90 outlaw ... The chain is rubbing the top of the swing arm tube that the bolt goes through. I've tried adjusting chain ... Already replace the poor excuse for a chain tensioner with one from MAX RPM ... but it's as there is not enough clearance between the tube area and top run of the cain .. When no weight is on quad chain is resting on tube (but it's not sagging) ... when weight on back of quad there is plenty of clearance .. but as you ride that goes up and down. I don't get it !!! I was thinking of a larger diameter sprocket in front or rear but I'm not sure how that would affect quad .. faster would be nicer !! Any suggestions ??
