08 525 bogging in top end of gear

Just bought this off craigslist for 2850 and knew there had to be some problem... I found it, it bogs in the top end of the gear. The guy I bought it from has a full exhaust on it with a 146 jet. He gave me the complete jet kit, but only has the 146 in it.

From a google search, I am determining that my machine is running to rich? agree?

Where is the screw at on the carb to adjust the air/fuel mixture. I'd assume once I find this I would want to turn it in and not out, correct? Thanks!

iRideGSXR1000: 146?? I'm running a 168 main jet. 45 pilot jet (Stock). HMF Comp pipe. Air/Fuel screw is for lower to mid range and won't really affect top end. Screw out for more fuel. Go more than 3 turns and you need a bigger pilot jet.

Sounds like your main jet is WAY too small.
