Please help with Top Dead Center on Outlaw 525 RFS KTM

I have the 2007 Outlaw 525 with the KTM engine. Could someone please tell me the easiest way to get Top Dead center so I can do a Valve Adjustment myself. I'm new to working on my quad. I bought the repair manual but it does not go into detail on finding TDC. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I always do the straw method.
Remove spark plug and put a plastic straw down the hole. After both valves have opened then closed, keep slowly rotating engine til straw is at the tallest point.
