Yeah I blew a light blub on my outlaw after a really wet ride. There was quite bit of water in the housing. I had to buy an expensive bulb from polaris ($34). Which sucks because I can get a 100w/85W daul High / Low bulb for my harley for less then $10. After buying the bulb and replacing it I took both of the housings off and used silicone and sealed them myself. I have yet to have any more problems after sealing them but I have not had a really wet ride yet. The only problem (which is my fault) is I left a small shard of glass from the broken bulb in the housing. Opps. Besides that I have had no problems and no regrets sealing the bulb. I recommend doing this one the outlaw when you buy one. I am not sure if polaris fixed this problem for the newer outlaws? Mine is an 06. This sounds like a common problem.
