Cluth Help

Can someone tell me how to get the nut off of the secondary cluth on a 2008 Pheonix 200. This is the nut that takes an 1 1/2" socket with a small allen screw in the nut and is the main nut holding the entire cluth mechanism on. I've tried an air impact and can not get it off.
