After Market Oil Filter
I just read a great review of oil filters. Appears that the Purolator "pure one" filters are one of the best, BUT, they don't list the Phoenix in their list. Other than Napa, anyone know of an after market filter for the Phoenix?
Thanks
Paul

Have you checked K&N or WIX? Also, link us up to the article if you can. I would like to read it.
Thanks,

i use there filters on my sportbike and they just work awesome. i have almost 10,000 miles on my sportbike and still dont have the slightest of slipping from the clutch plates. they are awesome filters

Here is some good info on oil filters, get the # for your machine and scroll to the bottom of the page for all the options. Looks like all polaris uses the #5 option. I've been using the Super Tech filters from Wal-Mart on all my street bikes for years. My current street bike has 48,000 miles and have always used the ST6607 or the ST7713 from Wally World.
