Exclamation Replacing the transmission "boot"

The transmission boot on my Phoenix 200 dry rotted and ripped. I bought Another boot, but I had lost my Manuel. Does anyone know if this is More than a weekend job, or If its just a simple two step job? And what should I do about the Manuel?
