short answer,
Loosen the two large bolts beside the brake rotor and sproket. then turn the eccentric disk with a C wrench or punch and hammer. I just did this on mine and opted to use a punch and a hammer to rotate the eccentric forward to tighten the chain. Before you do this you need to collapse the suspension with a cargo strap to get the swing arm level.
