06 predator stalling while going down hill or slowing down??

hey all i just bought a used troy lee 2006 predator 500. it runs great i am very pleased with the machine. It idles fine rides great has alot of power. I bought it friday, it just has a pure polaris exhaust and a big bore kit in it. the only problem i seem to be having with it is that when i go down a little hill or slow down into a turn it stalls and bogs. this is not my first quad i have 2 other ones so i know how to ride. but besides those times it runs great. anyone know why it is doing that just going down a little incline and into turns slow, or while slowing down? im figuring it has something to do with the carb maybe the float? im not sure if it sat there for a while. i also noticed a bit of oil in the bottom of air box where the two plastic are on the bottoms where you can drain it. is that usual? please any help will do guys just wanna get it running like new.
thanks
chris

I'm not an expert by any means, but maybe something to do with the carb jetting, mine does the same thing when I get out into the hills and higher altitudes. I think mine is a little rich.

Great quad, i have the same... I'm no expert but for the oil on the bottom of your airbox is coming from the breather hose. Ussually does it if you have to much oil or roll your quad... Can also happen if u like wheeling alot
