if you have the stock exhaust on even with an after market intake you are too rich with a 180 jet. the fmf kit is dynojet which i like a lot. you will not even need a 180 after you get it openly flowing with the open intake and free flowing out with a good open exhaust.
i think you have an air leak of some kind. bone stock with just an intake should be around 155.
your needle is lean if you have it on the 2nd notch from the blunt end of the needle. i would go to the third notch from the blunt end of the needle. then lastly you need to get to the fuel air screw or pilot screw. it should be at about 2.5 to 3 turns out.
JETTING STARTING POINT FOR ANY PREDATOR OR OUTLAW WITH THE FUJI 500 ENGINE, WITH A AFTERMARKET PIPE AND FILTER NOT IN THE STOCK AIRBOX. 170 MAIN JET, 4TH NOTCH DOWN FROM THE TOP OR BLUNT END OF THE NEEDLE AND 3 TURNS OUT ON THE AIR/FUEL SCREW, THE STOCK PILOT JET IS ENOUGH UNLESS YOU CANNOT ACHEIVE A GOOD EVEN IDLE AT 3 1/2 TURNS OR LESS WITH THE A/F SCREW. THIS WILL WORK WITH DYNO OR MIKUNI JETS. I RECOMEND DYNOJET JETS AND NEEDLES, I FOUND THEM TO MAKE BETTER POWER IN THE MIDRANGE.
THESE SETTINGS ARE ON THE RICH SIDE YOU WILL NEED TO LEAN OUT YOUR JETTING ACCORDING TO YOUR ENGINES FUEL AIR NEEDS, ALTITUDE, TEMPERATURE, HUMIDITY, MODIFICATIONS. AGAIN THIS IS A STARTING POINT TO GET YOU ON THE RIGHT TRACK.
if you still have the stock exhaust these jetting settings will be very rich for you.
