Jetting an 05

I have an 05 Predator 500, and just bought a pipe from Aaen, any suggestions on what size jet to go up too? P.S. I'm also running a K N airfilter.

i need to know if its a full or a slip-on exhaust, also if the air box has any mods "how many holes,where and how big" or just a clip-on k&n no air box!!! ill help you step by step on jetting. pm me thx.

The exhaust is a slip on, the air box has no mods, the K&N filters sits where I assume the stock one was, also I bought a Dynojet kit and followed the instructions, set the new needle on the second groove, and put a 175 main in, turned the air/fuel to 3 out, it was real responsive but in higher rpms it sputters and pops, I don't think its the rev limiter. I then put the 170 jet in and it still cut out but it feels like its at a higher rpm, but I don't have a tack so I'm guessing at the rpm thing. Any help is really appreciated. Matt

I've got similar mods but I'm sitting at a 155 main. This was per cfmperformance.com. new jet is $3.50 at rocky mountain atv

your 155 is most likelyt stock type while he is running a dynajet kit. The needle and jets are different sizings the stock and makes it a pain to help when someone doesnt tell you that off the bat.
I only have 1 questions for you on WOT does it bog or sound like its on the rev limiter?
