Big Shock Trouble!!Help!!

04 pred with fox shocks just had them rebuilt which cost me 910$, well on the rear shock on the dial on the rezzie doesnt click anymore and has no effect and the rebound ajuster is seized up it seems like, what is going on here? And is 910$ seem expensive? thankss!
