rear axle bearing issues.

okay so i went to slide my 04 predator 500 over tog et it out of the garage and i realized my rear axle was super loose so i lifted it up and theres crazy amounts of play, are they adjustable or do i need new bearings?

im not very happy with this machine as the seller said he put new sprokets and chain on ( already replaced that all myself ) there is crappy welds at all the main joints, the tie rod ends are loose, bent shock, and now the rear bearings are shot.

Yeah it could be that nut aswell. But take off the axle nut sprocket hub and caliper. Pop out the seal hol, ding in the bearing and it should all slide out. Check your housing i had to replacve mine the last time i blew my bearings

Same story here. I recently bought a used 05 that recently had new rear bearings and housing. It looks like they are loose again (and I have ridden it about 1 hour) After looking more at the machine I found it needs all new front wheel bearings, ball joints are slightly loose, Shock bushings are loose front and rear. Luckily the tie rod ends were changed right before I bought it! What a pile.
