I was wondering about this also. When I bought my Predator a buddy (who has owned a bunch of sport quads) adjusted my clutch cable because he said it was out of adjustment. He tightened it way up but it didn't release until the lever was almost all the way out so I loosened it back up but the lever has a lot of play in it now. Is it supposed to???
