Hard Start 2006 Predator
My Predator makes a clanking noise then shuts off after that it is hard to start till it makes the clanking noise again. checked ignition no loss of spark , no loss of fuel. any suggestions?

All looked good. checked timing chain it was also correct.

I'm having the same problem, I'm gonna bring it to the dealer today and have it gone over. I would work on it myself but I just got it over the weekend and don't have books or anything yet. Let me know what you find.

can you give a better idea of where the noise is coming from top end, bottomend, right side or left side. now when you say hard to start you mean it takes a long time to fire or it rolls over slow?
