torx bit size
Does any one know the size of the torx bit used to take of the bolt holding the front brake pads on? Thanks for your help.

What year. 05 and 07 use hex bolts.

its an 03 so they have the six point torx bit. I think its a T-50 but not sure.

i would check mine but i dont run front brakes on my predator.

My machine is an 03 and the bolts from the steering knuckle to caliper bracket are regular hex bolts. The bolts from the caliper bracket to the caliper are not Torx, but allen head bolts.
An M9 allen wrench fit best, but I felt was a bit loose. A 3/8 allen wrench might also fit, but mine wouldn't fully seat.
