Angry No start!?!?

i have an 06 predator that was running great. i recently put a yoshi rs3 full exhaust on and took the carb off to jet it, but i had trouble with the choke plunger being stuck in the carb. i got the plunger out and cleaned it up with some 320 grit sand paper as well as the inside of the carb. the "nipple" and seal on the brass plunger were fine. i have yet to tear the carb down to install the jet kit but i put it back on in an attempt to make sure it still works since i unstuck the choke and now it doesnt run.. prior to removing the carb it ran great!!! now it seems as if its just "puffing" fuel when i try to start it? what am i missing?

yea turned the gas off then disconnected the fuel line. when i installed it it was fuel line then gas back on. its definitly getting gas, got good spark, i think its just dumping too much gas. from what i understand the "choke" is not a choke at all but an enricher. it works by adding extra fuel. im stuck on this thing????

I would pull the carb and give it a real good cleaning. You need to pull it all apart. Get a set of torch head cleaners and clean all passages with the torch head cleaners then spray with carb cleaner in the passages and then blow out with compressed air. There are alot of very small passages so make sure you get them all and make sure you use the right size torch head cleaners and dont force them in or they will break. While you have it apart you might as well put your jet kit in also. That way you dont have to pull it back apart. Also check to make sure the choke plunger isnt sticking when you put it back in. And make sure your choke cable isnt pulled and holding the plunger in the choke position.

i took it all apart today. cleaned everything and changed the jets. the choke plunger is sliding in and out freely. with the intake tube off i can see it "puffing" gas mist still with every turn.. its building up gas really quickly like its get a ton of fuel???? im thinking it has something to do with the choke plunger or one of the passages connected to it because its the only think i had changed or messed with prior to the issue?????

i cleaned the hell out of the carb.. it almost started a few times got a few really bad back fires through the exhaust. i think just because of the flooding issue i was having. i pulled the plug out to clean it from all the fuel and noticed the coil wire was smashed in one spot .. almost flat... i think the spark is part of my issue too. im gonna get a new coil and wire and see if that helps.. heres a few pics ...
