predator wont rev out
Well got my pure polaris exhaust on and intake tube done and put on . picked up a 160 jet and they gave me the wrong style, i know its not right but wanted to try my new set-up, so got my torch tip cleaners out and little index drill bit set out and figured out hte id of the 160 jet and honed the stock 150 to a lil bigger than the 160 and raises the needle to the 4rth clip from top. it runs way better than before but falls short of the rev limiter early, the other 03 i have will bang off it no problem clear into 4th gear with ease, could it be that it is still lean or just that it is a little lower on compression than the 03? It starts great, idles good and revs up good with no hesitation. any input or ideas are greatly appreciated!!!!!!!! sorry to ramble so much lol

ok, i will get a 165,167.5 and a 170. Was takling to my cousin and he had his ran on the dyno at the sand dunes and he says his is jetted up to around 200, is that posible, stock bike with simular mods. Oh and got a piston and rig kit orderd and hope to get it in with in a couple weeks!!!

200 is way to big. open pipe and clamp on air filter on my pred i ran a 175 and forth notch and it was a touch rich pp pipe and clamp on air filter and im way rich with the 175 going to drop down to a 165 or 162.5 main
