Predator shock question
Well, I'm a little confused about the shocks. My front has easy turn adjustable with no reservoirs. They appear to be just a generic red shock. The rear however is a Fox Podium X with the reservior. Are these considered stock? I read one thing that said the 07 Predators should have Fox shocks all the way around, and another that the TLE only had the Fox Shocks.
Any info on what I should have would be great. Also, are there stock fronts that have the reservoirs??
Thanks for any info to help understand this better

yes, there are front shocks with the front reservoir... the 2006 predator had fox shocks with the reservoir, but in 2007 they came only on the LE models...both both the LE and non-LE 2007 predators had the fox shock in the rear, so yes, all sounds stock on your machine

haha...yep. although i got that info from running an reverse search on the PN# in the dealer site....but when i went to the 06 microfiche, it still gave me two different front shock options based on predator model. one had the external reservoir, on did not, so you will still have to double check before buying. will depend on the model of predator

The 07 did not have reservoirs on the front. The TLD Preds had the reservoirs on the front and a short throw tranny.Non TLD's had pretty much the same setup as you have redneck.

All preds have fox susp, just a matter of what kind. Some had no rezzies, some had piggyback's in the front. All had the remote resivore on the rear shock.
You can add remote's to the non rezzie model shocks. Thats what the nipple lookin thing is on the top of the shock.

Not all Predators have fox suspension. In '07 they changed the front shocks to Arvin FX. All other years have fox with the TLD's having a piggyback shock.

07 is the one year you pretty much can't use as a comparison for anything. Polaris in their infinate wisdom decided to make a bunch of running changes on a line that was being discontinued.
