Never should have pulled the idle screw out as they rarely need to be adjusted and there is no set number of turns for them. just have to turn it in and hope it's close and adjust from there. Mixture screw should be about 1.5 turns out and adjust for best throttle response from there.

My manual says to start the AF screw at 3/4 turn out from slightly snug. It doesn't have a starting point for the idle screw, but mine is about 1 1/2 turns out.
