Idle problem
First off i have a 2000 scrambler 400 4x4.
My problem is that whenever i am riding on the trails it wants to bog down and stall out, but if i flip the choke on it saves it from stalling. It also like to stall out when shifting from neutral to H or R.
I tried adjusting the idiling screw and that helped a lillte bit but the same problems still occur. I am thinking that a carb rebuild is needed but not sure.
Has anyone else had stalling or bogging out problems if so what caused them?

I agree with you, a carb rebuild is your best bet. But you can try a tank or two of SEA FOAM and see if that does the trick. I have used it for years and many times if its just jarnish it will cure the problems.

i ran a gas tank worth of seafoam(4 oz) through it already. The wierd part is that it ran pretty good with the seam foam running through it but as soon as i put a new tank of gas in, same problems came back.

Well, as I said, your best bet is a rebuild, but I also suggest a tank or two. 
Sea Foam is not a cure all, but its damn good stuff. They comes in 16oz cans, try another tank or two, you already have the sea foam. Nothing to hurt...
