Is there something i'm missing here??? Oil and coolant change

I must be a complete idiot... But I have a 2000 400 polaris scrambler and for the LIFE of me I cannot figure out how to drain the oil, coolant or even find the Oil Filter... I followed what I thought were pics from other members but the oil wouldnt drain, i even lifted the back end of the quad. I must be retarded or something. Does anyone have pics or video of where to find any of this stuff? Please help me, also, on the top of the quad on the cap that says oil... is it normal to be blue? Is this because it is a 2-stroke?

Am I correct when saying that 2-strokes don't have oil filters? Only 10w30 would be in the counter balacner? So when i removed that drain plug and nothing same out, does this mean there is NOTHING in there? The quad ran fine since I picked it up... Sorry to sound so dumb, I am just VERY new to the whole atv world and dont know anything about 2-stroke engines.
