how to bypass key
I have a 2001 scrambler 50. the wires comming out of the kew switch are falling out. can I bypass the key and just use an on off toggle switch. if so what wires do i use? thanks

I bought this new for my son he has since out grown it and moved up to HONDA 300 EX . left it in the shed for 3 or 4 years. my grandson has takin a liking to so i tried to start it ( I ride alot so it was properly stord ) when I tried to restart it, no spark, new plug , no spark. the wires coming out of the key harniss are falling out out . I don't wan't to spend the money on a harness if i can put in an on of switch

Just a thought guys.. I hate to assume the worst in anyone, but if you know how to bypass using a key on any machine, consider replying privately to the poster.. We don't need any would be theives learning a new skill.. Not talking about you boys here in this thread.. This is just a comment in general..

Offence to the OP. But this is the very reason I have not responded.
I advise you get new switch and repair correctly.
