Front ujoint help

my inner ujoint coming out of the front differential is bad(left one). so i got the strut/knuckle hub assembly out. all i have left is to get that roll pin out of the yoke/differential output shaft. but i cant. any suggestions? thanks

i tried using a punch but there is no room to hit it with a hammer

Use a long roll pin punch or regular pin punch and go at it from the bottom near the radiator or the skid plate might have a hole in it. I would soak it good with PB Blaster. They can be tough to get out at times.

i soaked it in pb then used an allen wrench as a punch and got it out. can i reuse it or should i get a new one?

You can reuse the old roll pin.
