polaris scrambler 400 problems

Hi i hope someone can help me im having fuel problems with my 400 2 stroke i get gas it will run until it runs the gas out of the carb an the gas filter then stalls i have changed the carb 3 times i have rebuilt the carb changed the reeds changed the tank the lines the filter and still have the same problem please help me i did a compression test have 140 could it be a crank case seal and if so how do i test it thank you

The float needle is stuck open causing it to flood. This can be caused by a worn needle or a hole in the float. Make sure the needle has a sharp point and the edges of the needle are smooth.
From what I am understanding gas runs out the carb anytime the fuel valve is on. Is that right?
