97 500 need help

i have a 97 scrambler 500 and when i start it up it runs and idles great but when i hit the gas it bogs for a couple seconds and then will rev up! no matter how much it hit the throttle! it some what clears up after its fully warm but is still there! ive taking the carb off and clear it with carb cleaner but still act the same way! it does have full power but the boggin sucks when im trying to move my trailer with my jet ski on it! now my quiestion is
what do you think would cause this?

No I ride it alot so I'm always putting fresh gas in!

Ya I took the fuel filter off and cleaned it got better but still bogs when cold
And clears up once its fully warmed up! Any ideas

how does the spark plug look? check the gap. im not sure what the stock gap is supposed to be. it should say in your manual.
