That photo is only showing where it is located on your local computer. Let me know if you need more help.

It needs to be hosted online. I use Photobucket personally. You create a free account, and after you do, towards the top of the screen, is a green button that says "Upload". Then select the photo on your harddrive, and Photobucket will host the image. In your account, below the image will then be a series of boxes, the bottom line will say "IMG" and will have an http://URL address.

You post that address in the reply box here with, and put a [ IMG] and [/ IMG] tags around the URL. Then it will show up. If that doesnt work or make sense, let me know. I may have to have you email me the picture, and I can host it and then post it.
