scrambler electrical question

hey everyone, just bought a 93 scrambler 400 4x4. Its in great shape. I have one question. The previous owner has some pretty big fog lights on it and i was wondering how much power i can add on to this bike. They are an h3 or h7 bulb. Im wondering if im pulling to much
