$78 in fluids later for my 95 scrammy 400 4x4...

i was told at the polaris dealer there is 100cc's of engine crank case oil (cant find it) front hub oil (cant believe it) tranny lube plus synthetic oil for engine and premix coolant for bike. 5 different fluids!!! where in the hell is the crankcase oil? and is the tranny oil dipstick located on top of the engine's small sprockets? there seems to be a 3 inch long solid metal shaft that would appear to be removable going into the side of the tranny but i cant get it off. is that it?

come on fellas hook me up! i got nowhere on my first post and the free service manuals from parts.....com (something like that) has a fried server.

the 3inch metal shaft is the tranny dipstick it just pulls out. the front hub lube is just atf fluid it takes 5 oz. per hub but i could only get 3 oz. in mine. I would use the polaris chain case and gear lube in the tranny, antifreeze is antifreeze. the crankcase oil is for the counterbalance shaft should be a dip stik on the puulstart side of crankcase I belive it is 30 wt. oil sj spec, the fifth oil would be 2 stroke injector oil i use penzoil premium plus outboard oil 17.00 a gallon hope this helps if not check your owners manual

Thanks for the info. I posted these questions on another thread. Just bought a 2000 Scrammy 400, and there was no manual.
