I am by no means an expert on clutch adjustments but I'll PM you a link to a service manual for a simular model so you can check it out. Look at pages 6.19, 6.20 & 6.21 you may have to play with it a little to achieve your desired results. While you have it opened up check your helix and buttons for wear. They can cause power loss also. Buddy

I figured it out! I took apart the driven clutch and the buttons were so worn down that they were cracked. Everything else looks perfect besides a little grinding of metal because the buttons were so worn. Hopefully that should fix my problem. The spring was in the 1-2 spots.

Check you helix good. Mine were worn like yours and had damaged the helix. Buddy

I think that my helix is good. Then again I have never seen a new one. I will take a picture of it later and post it up.
