Sounds like a carb problem. Fuel coming from carb is usually caused by a leaky needle and seat or a stuck float. I would first take your carb apart and clean it. If it appears fairly clean I would also change the needle and seat. Start here and see what you find.

i took everything apart and cleaned the carb but the reason its dying is because the carb is getting to much fuel, the only thing now is where do i go from here do i need to look at something else or what?

You might need to get a new needle and seat or you float is stuck or set wrong. Gas running out of carb is bad.

alright so i didnt have to replace the seat or the needle, all i had to do was take the old o ring off the seat and replace it with a new one so i went from looking to spend 40 bucks to 7 and all i did was get an o ring assortment at a local parts store

Just go to your local dealer and tell him you need a new needle and seat. Its just a needle and a jet. Its about $12, just take out the pin that holds the float plate out and replace. Very easy fix... this is your problem if your floats are set properly. This is a very comon problem in every engine with a carb. Dont screw around with O rings. Its just a waste of time and will drive you nuts.
