SantiMans 570 Build

Hello. Here is my 570 and we will progress thru the build together as I get the upgraded/added parts.

Before Mods

First thing I added was a Snorkel kit from SnorkelYourAtv. Out of all the options out there I really liked the no drilling in the airbox aspect this kit offered. I used more silicon then they instructed also really dig the risers vs the usuall plumbing pvc types.[http://i1286.photobucket.com/albums/a614/hethow/20161015_194726_zpsqmeujgq6.jpg[/IMG]

Hard to tell in these images but I drilled the holes a tad to close to each other and the risers touch awkwardly. 131 dollar mistake I will correct by getting a new front storage lid for redrilling(next year).

Installing KFI Winch this weekend and A Arm armor by Ricochet. More pics to come.

Itching to ride but it is prime deer season. In the meantime I have an ATV Guru front bumper on the way, Symtec Hand/thumb winter pak, Extra plastic rivets, Service Manual for 2016 570 and a Grizzly exhaust tip tip for a stock exhaust mod. Very Excited for my all of this but the front Bumper especially......just wait till you see it.

Hello, figured out how to wheelie this thing. I have to admit its very exciting. Did probably 25 wheelies today.

One photo of thw wheelie, one of the intake adapter that came with snorkel kit, one snorkel view near the creek.

Enjoy.

Snorkel kit looks pretty awsome, how long was the install? Did you have to drill the cargo box?

No drilling in the cargo box, you actually cut out the center above the rad. I can take a picture next weekend of it. Still can keep stuff in their but if you go deep I wouldn't put anything in there. With some extra modification you could keep the left and right dry still if you really wanted.

Install took me 4 hours but I was doing a winch at the same time. Now that I've done it, its possible for a 45min-1.5 hour install. Biggest thing is to rv seal that intake plate and rachet down those clamps good.

Picture would be really nice!! I made the mistake of leaving my wallet in the storage box, sucks that water gets in and weight down the front end. I want to do the same set up on the risers so I can still utilize the high beam and light bar.
