Remove speed limit

Hi all

I have MY2017 sportsman 570
with "tractor" speed limit at 60km/h.
the speed limit is controlled by the ECU, anyway i can remap or do any hacks for override/disable the speedlimit?

Yes, you can have the ECU remapped to eliminate the speed limiter, bump up the RPM limiter..... and maybe even gain a few extra ponies!

I'm pretty sure when you disconnect the speed sensor it will put it in. Derate mode , my buddies had a speed sensor go out on his ace and it lacked power until it was fixed

Any other tips? the remap was very expensive.
Must be a easy Solutions like cf/canam/Honda etc have(?) CUT a wire / program a key / add a resistor or something like that (?)

i dont understan 60km/h??
i have 2 sportsman 570 one eps and one with out and bot of them go 60mph / 100kmh are you sur your odometer is not in mph?

Here in Norway we have speed limit 60km/t for quad bike registered as tractor. Looks like the new sportsman have this limit in ecu software.

Same here in Sweden. You can buy a Speedo Healer and connect it in line of your speed sensor. Then you program the Speedo Healer to give 50% of pulses from the speed sensor. I have that solution and a switch so i can toggle between max 60 and max 100km/h. Only problem is that the speed instrument show 50% of actual speed when you are switching on the Speedo Healer. Program it to -50%. I bougt mine from this company in Finland, works great and you get the switch and instruction to do it. Price 1000:-SEK.
