2017 570 w/eps - about 8 miles and no real issues.
I will say that the engine braking with the stock tires in mud or snow on steep banks causes some sliding. The tires slow, but there isn't enough grip to hold the quad back. Not enough for my liking. I think the tires have a lot to do with that though. Will upgrade to Bearclaw HTRs when these wear a little.
Very pleased with my purchase thus far.

LittleTreeGuy,

Speaking from experience, just get the damn tires. lol. it's a night a day difference in traction and performance when you get away from the stock Carlyle's. You're not doing yourself any favors by waiting.

Ha... pretty much what I've been reading. I just figure I'll have to get new wheels as well with a little better backspacing to avoid rubbing issues, so I'm saving up some pennies. lol

I've had less than 5 miles on each of my last two new atv's when they got the new tires put on. Three if I count my wife's. New takeoffs are easier to sell than used ones, if you go that route. I always keep one full set of OEM's in the garage rafters, just in case...

Sorry I don't have the hours or miles to report. It's almost two years old. Mine is doing great. Not needed any repairs from the dealer. Got some water in the clutch housing one day and belt slipped, water came in where the vent tubes join the housing. (it will happen and its the nature of the beast) Sealed it up and tested. Also it gets a little warm on my right leg. I can fix it with an exhaust wrap or ceramic coating. Newer models may have addressed the heat. I use mine for duck hunting in flooded rice fields and use it in possibly 12 to 15 in of water going to the pit.

My new 2015 sportsman touring 570, had a dead trans at 160 hours due to bad bearing, now at 260 hours with melted seat and side panels and broken welds on frame and no I don't abuse my ATVs, no mud our water for my ATVs. Pictures in my profile.

3293 miles on my sportsman 570 sp touring. Bought in Dec 2015. Besides regular maintenance I've needed a voltage regulator, timing chain tensioner and most recently I'm having stalling and idling issues. Now the recall. And I should add, I lost three out of four wheel hubs on different accounts. Besides the problems, The bike gets ridden hard and have had no other issues.

OK.....I know I have an Ace 570 but its still a sportsman and share a lot of parts with the regular sportsman. I have 1100 miles on mine without any issues at all. The 570 motor is great for power and gas mileage.....and I have a strong feeling that it may end up being as good and as reliable as the Fuji line of singles were for Polaris
