Price for used plow?

I have the opportunity to buy a used plow. I'm trying to determine a fair price to offer. The Polaris plow (48"), mounting bracket, Winch, & Glacier plow frame were bought in 2006 for $740 (have the receipts). What do you think a fair price would be?

I don't think it can be a glacier III system; aren't they new this year?

Anyways, i'd start at half price.

Half would be a fair price, but with a 48" blade I would offer $250-$275
then buy a 50"-60" blade.
The glacier 2 a great set-up( better then the glacier 3 ) but it's also weak.
Weld a bracket between the puch tubes and that should take care of the weaklink

The frame was on the quad I bought. Considering the frame and electrical was on the quad when I bought it I should get a deal. I'm thinking 250 - 275 as well. I work with the guy so I want to offer a fair price. Wish my driveway was longer...lol

That is a glacier 1 plow you have there.
Do you have the part that mount to the Bike??
No need to weld.
Good plow mount, provides great protection under the bike.
you lose a small( I forget how much, 1/2" maybe) ground clearance.
The only problems I ever have is after a summer of rock bashing it bends that part at the back of the mount.2 hits with a hammer and it as good as new.
And that same piece will sometimes get hooked up on a submerged root.

i assume it is under the atv installed ...it was the one with this one. so i would assume all is complete.
