It's all a "Marketing Game"..... which probably swings a couple different ways:
1) A 500 and 570 would be to close in cc size, so why would you (the end user / buyer) pay the extra $$$ for "only" 70cc's??
2) With a "450" in the lineup they now have a machine that runs / compares with the competition (apples to apples).... but the HP, towing and payload all look better.
3) And for you, the end user... it will get you cheaper insurance rates!!
