2004 700 twin price?

I just found a 2004 700 twin camo, Carb, winch, plow ramps to load for $4000. 3425 miles. Looks to be in good condition. Thoughts on price? tires are 50-60%.

id say that price is a little high. id say maybe 3,300 or around there. i bought an 02 sportsman 700 twin for 2,200 and then got 200 back for a few parts i found it needed but also mine was in great condition and it didnt have ramps, plow or winch.

Price

I offered 3000 cash, he said the lowest he is going to go is 3500

wheeler pictures by wendl26t99 - Photobucket

Copy and paste for pictures. Any help would be great. This will be my first ATV.

At first I thought I would get a new 500. By the time I get the ATV, taxes, winch it would be close to 6000. All of a sudden it is a lot of $ for something I dont know how much I will use.

I just dont want to get screwed. My thought it is I use it alot I would trade the used one in for a new one in a few years. The problem is if I get this 700 it will be hard to go back to a 550.

Any help on price and my thoughts.

I'd still say that's a little high. The 700's aren't that great most of them have tons of problems. Well the 2002-2004 anyway. You can get a way nicer quad with less miles for a little more then what he wants.

Thanks, I am not in a huge hurry to find one now, will just keep looking for a good deal. If the 700 had 1.2 the miles as it does I think I would take it.

Yeah, then it wouldn't be too bad since its camo and the winch, plow and ramps but the miles make it not worth the price. Alot of the 2002-2004 including mine have cooling system problems and they overheat.

Chris, the price seems a little for that many miles...I bought the same quad for 4300. But it only had 425 miles on it..Mine came with with hand warmers, winch, and back up lights....
