500 H.O. front lift (level) Project

Ok i've been looking to put a leveling kit on my quad but lately i've been FINANCIALLY STRICT. After a couple months of debating i chose to do it my self. I made a quick stop at the local foundry and picked up some aluminum and raided some scrap from work. With the use of my mill and lathe i turned some spacers. After work i tore into it. It was very easy to do besides removing the material off of the strut housing. All and all it looks good and performs the same from what i can tell. Check out these pics!!

Looks great....i just did my 2009 500 HO also....i wanted to just lift it in the front, because ,i was going to hook a plow up to it....but i ended up doing the 2 inch lift in the rear also...when i leveled it off in the front,i had a 1 inch difference from the back...now that its completly lifted there's about 1 1/4 of a difference front to rear..anyways u did a nice job on it.Muddie49
