1.Bad key switch
2.Contact corroded in kill switch. Can be taken apart and clean, watch for there is a very small spring behind there. It may be possible that the wire(s) have pulled out from the main wiring block(underneath the light cover).
3. Bog: Does it Bog more after its warm than when its cold? If so you more than likely need to replace the needle jet and jet needle, they wear out quickly on these models. If they are worn it creates an off idle bog or hesitation from running to rich at part throttle. I hope this helps some.
