Sometimes these machines are funny like that. I have a buddy with a 2004 700 and he keeps breaking the same front left axle, stock and rhino brand. Any time you increase axle angle you increase your chances of breaking one. You may need to upgrade that axle to a gorilla or a turner axle. A rhino brand axle really isn't an upgrade as much as it is a cheap alternative. I broke the rhino's on my 800 almost as easy as the stockers.
