Cycle Country 3 point hitch

As I was looking for a 3 point hitch for my old lawn tractor I came across a website selling a 3 point hitch setup for ATV's and UTV's. It wasn't the typical $700 kolpin system but made by cycle country and was at most a 1/4 the price. To specify I am only looking at the mounting kit.

Has anyone used this system before or seen one?
