I am a little curious about the clutch in this machine. Tachometer shows about 5000 RPM at 35 MPH cruise. It runs and accelerates great, but for such a large displacement engine, it would seem that such a high operational RPM would not be necessary at these low speeds, and result in better fuel economy. I can understand if it was climbing a mountain only, but most the time it is used in Florida flat lands. Is there a better weight selection or clutch selection in order for this machine and operating environment?
