polaris sportsman 700 radiator

son hit a tree, ruined the radiator, i can't find one anywhere. Does anyone know where to purchase a new rad for my 2002 sportsman 700. Thanks

I looked at a few parts diagrams. They don't list a 2002 Model Sportsman 700. They show a 2003 Model Sportsman 700. You need to look at your VIN number and see what year model you have. If it is a 2003 model you need Polaris part#1240534. Welcome to the forum.

thank you very much... I can't believe i can't find this radiator anywhere. Im north Toronto, Ontario and may have to order from the states... oh well.

Hey tt, the Polaris microfiche lists a 02 700. Here is the part number and the year models that interchange.

Part #:1240103

Ouuch!! I just looked at Cycle Parts Warehouse which usually has very reasonable pricing and a new radiator for that machine is listed at $444.50

My old age must be catching up with me. LOL. I swear I looked for a 2002 700 and didn't see it. Looked just now and seen it. Sorry about that bad info.

thank you for everones help. yes they are expensive. in Toronto, they are asking well over $600, BUT delivery is anyones guess, I had one on order from August... i don't understand why so long.

I have a used radiator for a 2004 700 sportsman. The part number is 1240103. The motor was blown so I am parting it out. I am new to this forum so I am not sure how it works. Send me a message and we can work out a price for it.

I am located in Guelph so it's not to far of a drive from Toronto

I also have a number of other used polaris 700 parts for sale. Take a look at the kijiji ad I have, just type in the ad id in the search box on kijiji.ca

Hey dmtrailboss Might be interested in the fan & shroud ass'y. Have a couple questions: What is the model # of your machine? [Looks like model A04CH68AC is different than all other '04 700's], did your fan run quietly?[mine runs fine, but has a noisy bearing, not sure if I want to replace now, or wait till it fails] Thanks in advance
