Clean Up

I just bought my first 4 wheeler Saturday and took it out on Sunday and got it pretty dirty. Took it to the car wash and power washed it down to what I think is pretty clean.

I was hoping for some ideas on post riding clean up. What do I need to pay extra attention to? Any chemicals to use or avoid? Any advice to make the process easier? Certain things that are a must clean? Mechanically? Cosmetically?

Thanks in advance

Look in your owner's manual for lube points. Mine has lube points on the front propellor shaft slip yoke, and I upgraded to greasable u-joints, and the front struts. Be careful with the pressure washer, you can force water into bearings, u-joints, etc. I'd also check the oil in all the gear boxes. It's a bit of work, but can save hundreds in repair bills.
