05 Polaris Sportsman 700 - Broken inner clutch
Well, I was taking off the clutch so I could repalce my starter and broke a chip off the inside clutch. It is about half of a quarter. I am guessing this will eventually rip up my belt.
Anyone have any idea if I can but just the inside part of the clutch without having to but the whole clutch?
Also, any idea if the inner clutch on a 500 and a 700 are the same size and can be changed?
I may be able to get a used clutch for a 500.

Post a pic of the broken part please.
Most parts can be replaced on this clutch. Not sure if the 500 and 700 clutch are the same. Call your dealer to be sure.
If they look similar , you should be Ok. Maybe the 700 has a heavier stock clutch spring, you can always change that.
