2004 Sportsman 500ho front axle
Newbie here. Recently installed 1.5" front lift, now axle is popping out of diff. Already replaced circlip and cleaned hub out, do I need longer axles.Currently have stock with outer cv and inner ujoints.

No you should not need longer axles with a 1.5" lift.If the axle is coming out then you might want to check that clip and make sure you get the axle all the way in the diff.

Thanks for the reply SLIDER, I've already tried 3 new clips. Axle locks in hub just fine but then when I'm tightning lug axle actually pops out of diff.Quad is on lift so I realize extra stress is on axles. Once lowered axle pushes in but I can pull it out of groove for clip. Maybe axles with inner cv's will help, or maybe diff hub is wore out? Stock springs,RubberDown lift.
