I have a 2007 SP800 and added a HL 2" lift, EPI HD springs and 28" Mudlites and my left rear axle inner CV broke just driving around no mudding.

Cool lift kits

im having the same problem i put a 2 inch lift on the front and 1.5 on the back the back is fine. i broke the front inner on the left side so i replaced it thinking it was old my brand new one came today put it in and 10 mins later broke the inner one again. so im cutting 1/2 inch off the front lift to see if it helps any

Granted Reno gets a little too much starch in his skivvies now and then, but stop to think a bit before you all jump on him. The Axles installed from the factory were designed to run very reliably for quite a long time within their designed operating angle range. When you add any lift, you are running at the designed maximum angle or even slightly above the safe angle, depending on how much lift you install. Then when you add taller tires, you are compounding the stress. I'm with Reno on this, don't overextend beyond the designed capabilities unless you are ready to pay to compensate.
